Course Overview
This two-week Applied Leadership programme equips mid-to-senior-level managers and emerging directors with the behavioural tools and self-mastery needed to lead effectively in complex, high-pressure environments. Blending practical application with deep reflection, the course helps participants strengthen their internal leadership foundation—enhancing self-awareness, emotional discipline, and executive presence—while developing the interpersonal skills required to influence, align, and inspire others. Through case studies, simulations, and peer dialogue, participants learn to navigate real-world leadership challenges, build trust across teams, and manage difficult conversations with clarity and composure. The programme culminates in an action plan to embed learning into daily practice, ensuring participants leave with greater confidence, intentionality, and impact in their leadership roles.
