CEO’s Message

Having been involved in the Professional Development industry since 2006, I established LBTC in 2017 with a vision to address the business and management challenges of individuals and organisations the world over. For the best part of a decade, our team has worked tirelessly to expand LBTC’s repertoire with this very objective in sight. Our efforts have extended LBTC’s services to dozens of countries spanning six (6) continents, offering a multitude of services from training to consultancy, and most recently the launch of our Executive Coaching service.

Although, LBTC is barely scratching the surface as far as its potential is concerned. There is plenty more we can and will do in years to come. Including: offering training recognised by The Office of Qualifications & Examinations Regulation (England); self-paced courses completed at the users’ convenience; and an expansion of LBTC branches to far-flung lands through a franchise model. A foray into parallel industries such as recruitment may also be on the cards in the not-so-distant future.

Having crossed the halfway mark of my career, and quite likely my tenure at LBTC, one starts to consider what one’s legacy would look like at curtain call. If my swan song were to be the opening ceremony of the first LBTC branch outside the UK, I would consider it a fitting accomplishment of the mission that began in a little bedroom on the 16th of January, 2017.
