This training workshop analyses how money launderers use multiple techniques to conceal ownership of assets and how intermediaries can be exploited in the process. The establishment of legal persons is often key to concealment and the module considers the degree to which law firms, accountants, trust and company service providers, as well as real estate agents, are exploited in the process.
