Ivana Bajer
Ivana brings over 8 years of expertise in Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, and Training, underpinned by 17 years in senior corporate leadership and management roles.
Her corporate career includes globally recognised organisations such as Price Waterhouse Coopers, Procter & Gamble, and Johnson & Johnson, where she specialised in Business Development and Marketing. At Johnson & Johnson, Ivana held both regional and global brand management positions, leading multicultural teams and overseeing business operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Based at the company’s Maidenhead offices, she successfully collaborated with teams across continents and time zones.
Following her corporate career, Ivana earned certification as a coach through an International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited program. Since then, she has facilitated over 1,000 hours of one-on-one, group, and team coaching sessions, in addition to delivering training workshops. Her clients span a wide range of backgrounds, from first-time managers to C-level executives in the telecommunications and pharmaceutical industries, and include leaders at organisations such as Deloitte, Salesforce, and EY. Her work centres on enabling clients to define meaningful career and life goals, enhance leadership competencies, navigate challenges, and implement actionable development strategies.
Ivana has also contributed her coaching and training expertise to leading European business schools, including INSEAD, IMD, IE Business School, SDA Bocconi, and Cambridge Judge Business School, where she has coached and trained executive MBA students and senior career services executives.
Beyond her professional endeavours, Ivana is an avid traveller, a certified yoga instructor, and a corporate trainer in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). She integrates a holistic and balanced approach into her coaching, fostering sustainable personal and professional growth.
