A seasoned HR professional with over 12 years of experience, I bring a unique blend of strategic HR expertise, international training experience, and academic engagement. My career has been defined by a passion for developing people and organisations, coupled with a practical, results-oriented approach. For four years, I served as an HR Consultant and International Trainer for a multinational corporation, where I provided consultancy to diverse clientele spreading across three continents (Europe, Asia & Africa). I have designed and delivered Learning and Development programs in both HR, Project Management and Leadership. This experience honed my ability to adapt training to diverse cultural contexts and effectively communicate complex concepts to a global audience. My training expertise spans a wide range of topics, including talent management, leadership development, performance management, and project management methodologies.
Beyond my corporate experience, I am committed to shaping the next generation of HR professionals. I have served as a lecturer in higher education, sharing my practical insights and theoretical knowledge with students. My academic involvement keeps me abreast of the latest HR trends and best practices, which I integrate into my consulting and training work.
