Course Overview
This course provides a comprehensive overview of strategic leadership, focusing on building a strong foundation in business model architecture, change management, and organisational culture. Participants will learn to evaluate strategic options, lead and manage transitions effectively, and assess and shape organisational culture to support strategic goals. The programme also covers understanding informal power and influence networks, navigating organisational politics with integrity, and strategies for building trust and visibility within the organisation. The first week concludes with a review session to reinforce learning and practical application.
This three-day course provides a comprehensive overview of change management, starting with understanding its core principles, identifying root causes and triggers for change through data analysis and stakeholder insights, and learning how to focus change efforts effectively. It then covers the entire change process, from design to execution, including role and responsibility mapping, and translating strategic objectives into actionable initiatives. Finally, the programme explores the traits of effective change leaders, recognising resistance patterns, and understanding how crises can serve as catalysts for leadership and organisational transformation.
