Course Overview
This course examines the interface between real estate decisions, facility management functions and the ability of the demand organization to achieve its goals. Learners will explore how to develop and implement a real estate strategy that includes methods to access, manage and dispose of physical assets. After completing this course, participants will be able to develop and implement a real estate strategy to support the core business, including assessing and disposing of real estate, space management as well as to understand project management principles for managing new construction and other major projects.
