Course Overview

The UK and US standard model for corporate governance is ‘unitary’ with the supervisory and management functions represented on the same Company Board. But there are alternative structures, such as the supervisory board within a dual board structure, that is found in some Northern European countries. Boards also operate through committees, which we will examine.
