Course Overview
Many public sector policies are planned with precision but in isolation, with little regard to implementation. In this training workshop we look at the key factors required for successful implementation. The plan and its implementation must be flexible enough to adapt to political change (global, national and local). This requires sound project management with constant monitoring and measurement against results, with action taken to adjust.
