Course Overview
True corporate sustainability rests on three mutually reinforcing pillars: people, supply-chain responsibility, and rigorous ESG risk management. Over this intensive three-day programme, participants move from the human side of sustainability to the operational realities of green supply chains and, finally, to transparent reporting and risk controls that satisfy regulators, investors, and communities alike. Day 1 focuses on the “people dimension,” showing how ethical leadership, employee well-being, and community engagement create durable value. Day 2 turns outward to procurement and logistics, teaching methods to build resilient, low-impact supply chains and to eliminate social and environmental abuses among suppliers. Day 3 closes the loop with ESG risk assessments and reporting frameworks (GRI, ISO 26000, etc.), enabling delegates to translate good intentions into verifiable results that withstand stakeholder scrutiny.
