This training workshop dissects the risk-based approach and organizes the key measures used to reduce or eradicate money laundering activity. It also looks at the situations leading to the submission of Suspicious Activity Reports and how this triggers an Enhanced Due Diligence regime. The special case of how Politically Exposed Persons can be either victims or perpetrators receives special mention.
